SOLVENTUM is a boutique, commodity brokerage company based in Izmir, Turkey with main focus on oilseeds and vegetable oils. In this category, sunflower oil and sunflower seeds are the products we specialize. Despite being relatively young company SOLVENTUM has already concluded successful brokerage deals between companies including but not limited to Sodrugestvo Turkey, Bunge, COFCO (Turkey & Switzerland), Avere, Yug Rusi, Studen Middle East DMCC, Pam Yag, Nadir, Zer Yag (Pier Agro), Kucukbay, Reka, Ayhan Sezer, KASCO (Savola Iraq), Savola Turkey, Unat, Orucoglu, Tiryaki, Elita (Sunar), United Co (Egypt), Rus Agro, Viterra, Kadooglu and Abalioglu.

Our founder Mr Onat ANGI, has personally traded and executed over 1 m tonnes of crude sunflower seed oil besides millions tonnes of soybean, soymeal, corn, sunseed, linseed and other grains and oilseeds during his career at Aves, first as finance and risk manager then trader & GM and finally as Agro Group CEO. He has served as a board member at Turkish Edible Oil Producers Association (www.bysd.org.tr) and still an active board member of Turkish Biodiesel Producers Association (www.biyodizel.org.tr ). 

 

This close personal relationship and trust with all the crushers and refiners in Turkey at owner/GM/trader level together with experienced & dynamic team gives SOLVENTUM its strength and abilities. Our distinction, unlike many other brokerage companies,  is doing brokerage only for oilseeds and edible oils with a special focus on sunflower oil and sunflower seeds.
